Nathan Gooding – Head Chef
Nathan has had the honour of cooking for the queen and the Late Queen Mother. He worked with Nico Ladenis at Fawsley Hall then at Risley Hall, both AA rosette status. Nathan won ‘Young Chef of the Year’ with his previous employer and is currently aiming to enter ‘Avenance – Chef of the Year’
Mark Green – Sous Chef
Mark Green has graced some of the best kitchens in Derby. After working at Masa, he moved to Darleys at Darley Abbey. In 2006 Mark was entered into the Craft Guild of Chefs ‘Young Chef of the Year award’.
